1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the 45jili platform, whether registered or unregistered. Unregistered visitors browsing the platform are also subject to applicable portions of these Terms.

1.2 By proceeding with registration or continued use of 45jili, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 45jili Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Access to 45jili is restricted to natural persons who satisfy all of the following conditions:

2.2 45jili reserves the right to require proof of age and identity at any point. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Each individual is permitted to register and maintain a single 45jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 45jili account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 45jili will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account attributable to your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 You must notify 45jili customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.

3.5 Account registration and use are subject to identity verification procedures that may be conducted at any time, including at registration, at the time of withdrawal, or when triggered by unusual account activity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 45jili accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Supported methods may be updated from time to time at 45jili's discretion.

4.2 All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted. Any funds deposited from or withdrawn to a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be voided, and the account may be subject to review.

4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are set by 45jili and may vary by payment method and account verification status. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. 45jili reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) checks in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.5 45jili does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such third-party charges.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 45jili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The availability, terms, and duration of all promotions are at 45jili's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

• Placing low-risk bets or hedged bets using bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

5.4 Where 45jili determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent promotional activity, 45jili reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel any winnings derived from that bonus, and close the player's account.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 45jili is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment. All games on the platform use independently audited Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or certified live dealer infrastructure to ensure genuine and unpredictable outcomes.

6.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 45jili platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Collusion with other players in any game where competition or independent play is assumed;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the 45jili platform to facilitate illegal financial transactions;
• Impersonating another player or gaining access to another player's account without their consent;
• Conducting any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the 45jili platform or its infrastructure.

6.3 45jili employs active monitoring and fraud detection systems. Suspected breaches of fair play will be investigated, and where a breach is confirmed, 45jili reserves the right to void game results, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the account without compensation.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 45jili platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent from 45jili.

8.3 The 45jili name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are trademarks of 45jili. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 45jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

9.2 45jili does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruptions. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 45jili's reasonable control (including force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or certain features.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — including but not limited to server errors, disconnection issues, or software bugs — 45jili reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return staked amounts to the player's account. Disputed results will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
